Carol has spent 16 wonderful years as a park ranger for Yosemite National Park. After her retirement she still wanted to share the beauty of Yosemite with the people that came to visit, which is why she applied at the Mariposa Visitor Center. She has been working for the Mariposa County Chamber of Commerce & Visitor Center for three years and she still enjoys giving people information about Mariposa County and Yosemite. Carol loves this community and how she has connected with the people because of this job.
Pat is one of those "Yosemite Kids", born at Lewis Memorial Hospital in Yosemite Valley. Her parents worked for the Yosemite Park and Curry Co. She came back to California in the 1980s and worked in Yosemite Valley for the concessionaire. She now lives in Mariposa in Idlewheels Mobile Park. Pat enjoys working at the Mariposa County Visitor Center helping visitors learn about our unique region. She also loves learning herself while helping others!
